Our team is a group of seasoned executives. Every member held at least for 20 years the position of managing director and CEO.
The executives during their career were also CFO's COO's or functional directors of sales, logistics, HR and IT, working for companies of all dimensions, in 24 different industrial sectors.
Every executive must have a specific and relevant experience in turnaround situations and a track record of positive results.

The executive leads a turnaround or performance improvement project as CEO, member of the board and/or CRO (chief restructuring officer).

Claudio Rustioni, Managing Partner
PhD in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Master of Business Administration from Insead, started his career in Finance and Controlling, becoming CEO, board member and managing director during the early 90's.
His experience includes many industrial sectors: Food, Retail, FCMG, TLC & Computers, Software, Media & Publishing, Machinery, Packaging, Construction.
He was CEO, managing director and CRO for Rizzoli Corriere della Sera group, Gruppo Coin, Olivetti PC, Lawson Mardon - Alcan, Zepter, Pastarito - Autogrill, Cremonini, Ciccolella International, Rubner Group, where he successfully operated to achieve significant results.
At present he is leading turnaround, performance improvement and international development projects, in cooperation with banks, investment funds and private equity firms.
